Dalam kalendar cina tahun 2012 adalah tahun Naga Air.. Tahun 2012 adalah tahun pencerahan, mendingin dan mendamaikan apa- apa kesukaran dan pergolakan yang berlaku pada tahun sebelumnya, jadi dengan sifatnya yang mendinginkan ia dapat memadamkan kepanasan di tahun 2011
Tahun Naga Air adalah tahun yang lebih baik daripada tahun sebelumnya, dan ia dipercayai lebih sesuai untuk memulakan perniagaan yang berkaitan dengan air manakala perniagaan berkaitan dengan api seperti kedai makan lebih sesuai dimulakan pada 2011 yang lalu.
